is available for the Cougar. Therefore, we will break the sheet metal down
into two categories. These will be new/reproduction and used. If you dont

INNER COWL PATCH PANEL
67-68 Cowl leaks are caused when trapped water rusts the metal around the cowl
air intake openings. The permanent way to repair is to replace the rusted metal
with this inner cowl patch panel. Original look and fit. Each panel is 18 x 15
and is made of 19 gauge steel. Available for left or right. Left side includes welded

USED SHEET METAL
As Cougars become more popular, we are receiving a great demand for
high quality used sheet metal. Unfortunately, the supply is shrinking
with every car we part out. Therefore, we have decided to institute
a new pricing and grading policy on our used sheet metal. All hoods,
fenders, doors and trunk lids will now be Grade A or B. The Grade
descriptions are:
A. These pieces have no dents, other than parking lot door dings, no bondo,
no rust and overall are the very best we can find.
B. These pieces may have scrapes or small dents that have been smoothed
over with a small amount of plastic when painted previously. Doors may
have some rust in the corners (as they are prone to have) and hoods and
trunk lids may have some small hail dents. We will not sell any parts
that have had serious dents repaired or have rust through.
All Grade B parts are in very good condition overall. The point is that
these parts may require two to three house of body shop time to prep
and are priced accordingly

BUMPERS
We offer rechromed bumpers that are chromed in the USA not Mexico.
These are chromed on both sides to prevent rust through, are triple
plated and are the same bumpers we put on our show cars. The best
costs more but it is worth it. All of our bumpers carry a lifetime
warranty to the original purchaser against peeling or rust perforation.
They are not warranted against acid rain or any other damage.
So keep your car in the garage! Bumpers will ship by UPS. These are
sold on an exchange basis. Core Charge varies with our supply.
