ORDERING INFORMATION


TO ORDER BY MAIL 

THE FASTEST WAY TO RECEIVE YOUR PARTS IS TO ORDER BY PHONE, 
FAX (405-340-5877), C.O.D. OR WITH YOUR VISA OR MASTERCARD.  
SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR C.O.D. ORDERS. 

THE SECOND FASTEST WAY TO HAVE AN ORDER PROCESSED IS TO SEND 
A CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.  PERSONAL CHECKS ARE WELCOME, 
BUT WE HOLD THEM FOR 10 DAYS FOR BANK CLEARANCE.  WE HAVE 
A $15 MINIMUM ORDER TO HELP DEFRAY HANDLING COSTS.  IT IS OUR 
GOAL TO SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN ONE DAY OF RECEIPT.  IF WE ARE 
OUT OF STOCK ON A PART AND CANNOT SUPPLY IT WITHIN A REASONABLE 
LENGTH OF TIME.  WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.  UNLESS YOU ARE 
WITHIN ONE STATE OF US PLAN ON YOUR ORDER TAKING ABOUT A WEEK 
TO ARRIVE.  IF YOU NEED PARTS FASTER ADVISE AND WE WILL GO 
OVER YOUR AIR OPTIONS.

COMPLETELY AS ALL OF THE INFORMATION WILL BE NEEDED TO ACCURATELY 
FILL YOUR ORDER.  IF POSSIBLE PLEASE LIST ALL PARTS IN NUMERICAL 
ORDER WITH FULL DESCRIPTION.

C.O.D. ORDERS:  C.O.D. ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT CAN BE 
SHIPPED U.P.S. - C.O.D. PLEASE NOTE:  WE CANNOT SHIP LARGE SHEET 
METAL C.O.D. NOR CAN WE SHIP C.O.D. TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES.  ALL 
C.O.D. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY.  THERE ARE 
NO EXCEPTIONS.  PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH CASHIER'S CHECK TO PAY 
FOR YOUR ORDER WHEN IT IS DELIVERED.  A U.P.S. - C.O.D. CHARGE 
OF $10 PER PACKAGE WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL C.O.D. ORDERS.

GUARANTEE:  ALL NEW & REPRODUCED PARTS ARE GUARANTEED AGAINST 
DEFECTS IN WORMANSHIP & MATERIALS BY THE MANUFACTURER.  USED 
PARTS DO NOT CARRY A GUARANTEE.  LIABILITY OF KEN'S COUGARS IS 
LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART.  NO OTHER 
WARRANTY IS WRITTEN, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED.  IF YOU ARE NOT 
SATISFIED WITH A PURCHASE & WISH TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN 
FOR CREDIT, IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS.  PLEASE NOTE:  WE 
DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS.  RETURNS MUST BE FREIGHT PRE-PAID, 
ANY C.O.D. RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.  THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING 
FEE ON RETURNED PARTS.  IF KEN'S COUGARS IS IN ERROR, WE WILL 
PAY THE FREIGHT BOTH WAYS.  RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON 
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:  ELECTRICAL PARTS, BOOKS, UPHOLSTERY OR 
ITEMS WITH WHICH INSTALLATION HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED.  

METHOD OF SHIPMENT:  WE SHIP U.P.S. WHENEVER POSSIBLE.  PLEASE 
ALLOW ADEQUATE TIME FOR DELIVERY.   U.P.S. DOES NOT DELIVER 
OVERNIGHT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR AIR SHIPMENT.  WE RESERVE THE 
RIGHT TO SHIP HEAVY ITEMS & OVERSIZE ITEMS MOTOR FREIGHT, 
FREIGHT COLLECT.  REMEMBER, MOST U.P.S. GROUND OR TRUCK FREIGHT 
ORDERS WILL TAKE ABOUT A WEEK TO ARRIVE.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY:  PRICES IN OUR CATALOG WERE IN EFFECT 
AT THE TIME OF PRINTING & SUPERCEDE ALL OTHER PRICES IN ANY 
PREVIOUS PUBLICATIONS.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES 
OR WITHDRAW ITEMS WITHOUT NOTICE.  AVAILABILITY OF ALL PRODUCTS 
LISTED IN OUR CATALOG IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

CLAIMS:  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER FOR DELIVERY 
OF MERCHANDISE IN GOOD CONDITION.  PLEASE INSPECT ALL DELIVERIES 
IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CARRIER.  IF THERE IS AN ITEM THAT ARRIVES 
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.  
THEY WILL IN TURN GET IN TOUCH WITH US.  IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN 
SHIPPED U.P.S. NOTIFY THEM TO PICK IT UP.  THEY WILL PICK UP ALL 
DAMAGED CARTONS AT NO EXPENSE TO YOU.  CALL US AND WE WILL HELP 
YOU FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM.  DO NOT JUST SHIP THE BOX BACK TO 
US AS THIS WILL DELAY OR NEGATE ANY DAMAGE CLAIM AGAINST U.P.S.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:  ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING 
CHARGE.  ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE FREIGHT PREPAID & INSURED.  
CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, STORAGE CHARGES, 
AS WELL AS THE RESTOCKING CHARGE.  IF A CUSTOMER REFUSES TO ACCEPT 
A C.O.D. ORDER, NO OTHER SHIPMENTS WILL BE MADE UNTIL THE FREIGHT 
CHARGES HAVE BEEN PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

BACKORDER PROCEDURE:  OCCASIONALLY WE MAY BE TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK 
ON SOME ITEM, THEREFORE, PLEASE BEAR WITH US & WE WILL SHIP THE 
BACKORDERED ITEMS OUT JUST AS SOON AS THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO US.  
WE'LL USUALLY HAVE ALL BACKORDERS TAKEN CARE OF IN 30 DAYS TIME.
